John Moore
A native of Dripping Springs, John has served as a full time preacher and minister for the Dripping Springs congregation since May of 2001. He began preaching on Sunday nights in Dripping Springs in 1998 while working as a full time member of the faculty at the Southwest School of Bible Studies in Austin, Texas. He is a certified public school teacher and a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, where he earned both a B.S. in Education and a Masters in Education degree in the department of Counseling and Psychological Services. He has also done postgraduate work at the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest, Jerusalem University, Institute of Christian Studies, and Abilene Christian University where he completed his work for the Master of Arts in Religious Studies. John is married, and he and his wife Carla have three sons.

Carl Garner
Carl Garner has served as a preacher and minister for the Dripping Springs congregation since 1986. A former athletic coach and public school teacher, he also has vast practical experience in Religious Education, having served as the Director of Bible Chair programs at Navarro College and Southwest Texas State University. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University (B.S. in Education and Bible) and he holds a graduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) from the University of North Texas. Brother Garner’s postgraduate work in Bible was completed at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married, and he and his wife have two children and five grandchildren. Brother Garner preaches for the Dripping Springs congregation each Sunday evening, teaches adult Bible classes and edits the weekly church bulletin, in addition to being a part time instructor for the Southwest School of Bible Studies in Austin, Texas.
